At Runcity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a clear and hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience.

Returns Policy

  • Eligibility: You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on products that are worn, used, or damaged. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.
  • Return Process: To return an item, please email us at info@camnavasvid.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if the returned item is not in its original condition or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@camnavasvid.com. We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund or exchange.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
